I just wanted to send you a quick email to tell you of our great experience with two of your associates. We just closed on our new home in Robson Ranch, and we are very pleased with the job that was done.
Your designer, Joel Oslund. From start to finish he listened to what we wanted, and maybe more importantly, what we didn’t. He explained the benefits and disadvantages to certain plants and trees. He took his time to layout our design. We made multiple conference calls to change or modify the plan. After he came up with a design, we modified it several times. We added plants, removed plants, changed plants and moved plants. Nothing was too much for Joel. He made a very challenging part of our home buying experience an absolute pleasure. I’m sure we tortured Joel by all our questions and issues, and objections. Ask him about our pots and travertine! He never missed a beat or expressed any kind of frustration, and at the same time, expressed genuine pleasure and excitement in our design. Any time we called or emailed, his response was always timely. If we saw him in or around Robson, he always had time for us, even just to say hello…..a true professional.
Bill Davenport. He went above and out of his way to get this job done. He explained how the Rain Bird system works and realized that there was probably too much water getting to the plants due to all the recent rain. He advised us to turn the system off to allow the plants to “dry out” and then turn it back on in a few days or so. We mentioned that we were leaving to go back to Virginia to pack our home, and that we would not be there to turn the water back on. He took charge of it and told us not to worry. He made sure to turn it back on for us. His follow up was very much appreciated.
I hope you find time to thank these gentlemen and recognize them. We are all caught up in our own busy days, and often, we are all too quick to criticize, and do not give the recognition to those who deserve it. We wanted to give that recognition.
